WHEREAS sealed bids were received on Monday, February 1, 1999 for the
purchase of two (2) automated storage and retrieval systems for the new Municipal Court
facility at 720 Orleans and,
WHEREAS, NB Business Systems, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of$31,208 for the purchase of two (2) automated storage and retrieval systems; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by NB Business
Systems, Houston, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by NB Business Systems, Houston, Texas in the amount of
$31,208 for the purchase of two (2) automated storage and retrieval systems be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
