BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a Surety Bond issued by MBIA Insurance
Corporation pledged by Chase Bank of Texas, N.A. in the following amount, effective
February 1, 1999, in order to accommodate increased deposits:

MBIA Certificate of Insurance
1189 (Surety Bond) $5,000,000.00 $5,000,000.00
The Surety Bond is authorized to be released effective February 4, 1999.
