WHEREAS, one bid was received January 11, 1999, for repairs to the stained
glass window at the Tyrrell Historical Library; and,
WHEREAS, Frank Inzer Construction submitted a bid in the amount of$54,750 for
repairs to the stained glass window at the Tyrrell Historical Library; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Frank Inzer
Construction should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Frank Inzer Construction in the amount of$54,750 for repairs
to the stained glass window at the Tyrrell Historical Library be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
