BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT G. R. "Lupe" Flores be reappointed as Chief Magistrate for a two-year term
retroactive to October 1, 1998; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that James D. McNicholas and Theodore Johns be
reappointed as Magistrates for two-years retroactive to October 1, 1998.
