BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract with Freese-Nichols, Inc. to perform the
necessary study to bring the City's water system into compliance with the new drinking
water standards and to recommend repair methods for the damaged north ground storage
tank in an amount not to exceed an amount of $328,400.00.
