WHEREAS sealed bids were received on Monday, December 4, 1998 for the
purchase of one (1) sewage grinder for use in the State Prison Sanitary Sewer Lift Station;
and,
WHEREAS, Automatic Pump submitted a bid in the amount of$21,730.00 for the
purchase of one (1) Monoflo model CA210A sewage grinder; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Automatic Pump
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Automatic Pump in the amount of $21,730.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
