WHEREAS, Pamela Gail Guidry has donated a ten-foot (10') wide Drainage
Easement to the City of Beaumont on property located at 790 Lincoln Street, Lot 171A,
Block 16, Herring Addition, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, Chester D. Isom, Jr. has donated a ten-foot (10') wide Drainage
Easement to the City of Beaumont on property located at 780 Lincoln Street, Lot 172A,
Block 16, Herring Addition, as described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said easements and
is of the opinion that the donation of said easements of properties is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easements donated by Pamela Gail Guidry and Chester D. Isom, Jr. are hereby
accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the dad day of
1999.
