THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release weed liens in the
amount of $3,527.94, including penalties and interest, against property described as
West'/2 Lot 4 and East Y2 Lot 5, Block 16,Van Wormer Addition, owned by Elmo Willard.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21 st day of
August, 2001.
