BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Chief of Police and the City Manager be and are hereby authorized to execute
all documents necessary to apply for, accept and expend Local Law Enforcement Block
Grant (2001-LB-BX-2775) from the Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the le day of
August, 2001.
