WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) IBM iSeries 400 server
for the Information Services Division; and,
WHEREAS, Sirius Computer Solutions, San Antonio, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$47,328; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Sirius Computer
Solutions, San Antonio, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Sirius Computer Solutions, San Antonio, Texas, for the
purchase of one (1) IBM iSeries 400 server for the Information Services Division in the
amount of $47,328 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 31 st day of July,
2001.
