BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is authorized to submit a Memorandum of Understanding to the
State of Texas relating to the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Integration Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 24th day of
July, 2001.
