WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and
supplies necessary for construction of Courtroom #2 in the Municipal Court building; and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco Construction Co., Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of
$90,710; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cleveco
Construction Co., Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cleveco Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $90,710 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute a contract for this project.
PASSED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of July,
2001.
