BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the waiver of penalty and interest on nine
payments attached as Exhibit "A" made to the Jefferson County Tax Assessor-Collector
as provided by Section 33.011 of the State Property Tax Code because failure to make
timely payment of this tax resulted from the act or omission of an employee or agent of the
taxing unit.
PASSED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of July,
2001.
