WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) Generac generator set
and transfer switch ; and,
WHEREAS, Emergency Power Service, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$20,440; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Emergency
Power Service, Beaumont, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Emergency Power Service, Beaumont, Texas„ in the amount
of $20,440 for the purchase of one (1) Generac generator set and transfer switch be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of July,
2001.
