BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby endorses Lamar University's Texas Department of
Transportation-Statewide Transportation Enhancement program application for the MLK
Parkway(SPUR 380) Landscape and Beautification Project. The City of Beaumont will be
responsible forthe development, implementation, construction, maintenance and financing
of the project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of July,
2001.
