BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to file a grant application for Texas
Public Transportation Funds to partially fund the operation of the Beaumont Municipal
Transit System from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 (FY 2002).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
June, 2001.
