WHEREAS, bids were received to furnish approximately 565 lunches per day
for the Summer Food Service Program ; and,
WHEREAS, Moncla's, submitted a bid in the amount of $1.825 per lunch at an
estimated cost of$45,369.50; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moncla's, should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moncla's, in the amount of $1.825 per lunch to furnish
approximately 565 lunches per day for the Summer Food Service Program be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of June,
2001.
