WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract for the purchase of one (1)
hydraulic fusion machine; and,
WHEREAS, SECOR, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $55,306;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by SECOR,
Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by SECOR, Houston, Texas in the amount of $55,306 for the
purchase of one (1) McElroy Tracstar 500 hydraulic fusion machine be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of June,
