WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1)-year contract for asphaltic
concrete pavement placement; and,
WHEREAS, CMM Construction Co., Inc., submitted a bid in the unit costs stated
below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by CMM
Construction Co., Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by CMM Construction Co., Inc., in the unit amounts shown above
for a one(1)-year contract for asphaltic concrete pavement placement be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of June,
2001.
