WHEREAS, the claim of Kelly Dugas/Christy Fredrickson has been discussed in
an Executive Session properly called and held Tuesday, May 22, 2001; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Kelly
Dugas/Christy Fredrickson in the amount of Seventy-Two Thousand ($72,000) Dollars.
PASSED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of June,
2001.
