WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton-Pollard Parksite;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for
the Charlton Pollard Parksite be and the same is hereby, approved:
Amount: $205,000
Owner: Exxon Mobil Corporation
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
May, 2001.
