WHEREAS,the following individual has conveyed a ten(10)foot wide easement for
the purpose of the City installing a new sanitary sewer line to serve their commercial site,
to the City of Beaumont, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto:
Hezekiah Williams Survey, Abstract 56 located out of a tract of
land located at the corner of the Delaware Ext. and Dowlen
Road
Owner: Dowlen Investments, Ltd.
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Dowlen Investments, Ltd. is hereby
in all things accepted.
