WHEREAS, bids were received for a three (3)-year contract for an Integrated
Library Automation System for the Beaumont Public Library System; and,
WHEREAS, Epixtech, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of$49,590 with annual
payments in the amount of$23,790 due for the second and third years, and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Epictech, Inc.,,
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Epixtech, Inc., for a three (3)-year contract for an Integrated
Library Automation System for the Beaumont Public Library System in the amount of
$49,590 with annual payments in the amount of $23,790 due for the second and third
years be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
May, 2001.
