WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one(1)diesel powered cab and
chassis equipped with a jet rodder body; and,
WHEREAS, Kinloch Equipment & Supply, Inc., Pasadena, Texas, submitted a bid
in the amount of$57,933, and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Oil City Tractors,
Inc., Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kinloch Equipment & Supply, Inc., Pasadena, Texas, for the
purchase of one (1) 2002 Isuzu Model NPR HD cab and chassis equipped with a Kinloch
jet rodder system in the amount of$57,933 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
May, 2001.
