WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and
supplies for the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials and demolition of
the structure located at 705 Wall Street; and,
WHEREAS, Lark Enterprises, Warren, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$22,400; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lark Enterprises,
Warren, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lark Enterprises, Warren, Texas, for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and supplies for the removal and disposal of asbestos containing
materials and demolition of the structure located at 705 Wall Street in the amount of
$22,400 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Be umont this the 22nd day of
May, 2001.
