WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) 14-cubic yard dump
truck; and,
WHEREAS, IH Truck Sales, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$83,287.08; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by IH Truck Sales,
Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted in the amount of$83,287.08 by IH Truck Sales, Houston, Texas
for the purchase of one (1) International SFf2674 dump truck be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
May, 2001.
