BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to apply for additional funding
for FY 2001 operations of the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute necessary documents to authorize acceptance of the additional funding and to
receive and disburse additional funds related to the operation of the Southeast Texas Auto
Theft Task Force.
