BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves an encroachment agreement with Union Pacific
Railroad in the amount of$36,000 for the installation and maintenance of an additional 16-
inch sanitary sewer force main to serve the prison complex.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 st day of May,
2001.
