WHEREAS bids were received for a five (5) year contract for providing a fuel
management system; and,
WHEREAS, FF Operating Co., Inc., dba Fleet Fueling submitted a bid for a five (5)
year contract with an option to renew for three (3) additional years for providing a fuel
management system at a cost of $.0575 per gallon above the average weekly price
published by O.P.I.S.; and,
WHEREAS, the bid submitted by FF Operating Co., Inc., dba Fleet Fueling, is the
lowest responsible bid meeting specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
The City hereby awards a five (5) year contract with an option to renew for three (3)
additional years to FF Operating Co., Inc., dba Fleet Fueling for .providing a fuel
management system at a cost of $.0575 per gallon above the average weekly price
published by O.P.I.S.
PASSED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of April,
2001.
