ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING HERRING
STREET BETWEEN BUFORD AND STEWART AND THE 20'
WIDE ALLEYS LOCATED IN BLOCKS 4 AND 7, NECHES
RIVER PARK ADDITION, BEAUMONT, TEXAS, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 300' length of Herring Street between Buford and Stewart and the 20' x 300' alleys
lying in Blocks 4 and 7, Neches River Park Addition, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, are hereby abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this thOow day of
