WHEREAS, bids were received for cleaning of the anaerobic digester system
at the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $419,755; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allco, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted in the amount of$419,755 by Allco, Inc. for the cleaning of the
anaerobic digester system at the Water Reclamation Plant be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for such
project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10'day of April,
2001.
