WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Parksite;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit"A" attached hereto for the
Charlton Pollard Parksite be and the same is hereby, approved:
Lot 6 of the Amelia Smith Subdivision
(Off of McGovern Street)
Appraised Value: $1,075
Appraiser: Jimmy W. Bishop
Owner: Leroy Hubbard
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of April,
2001.
