WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the above
companies, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Golden Triangle Pipe, Beaumont, Texas, Coburn Supply,
Beaumont, Texas, Rural Pipe&Supply,Jasper,Texas and Hughes Supply, Lufkin, Texas, in the
above shown amounts should be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
