WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of four (4) zero-turn radius
mowers; and,
WHEREAS, Scooter's Lawnmower submitted a bid in the amount of$5,950 each,
for a total expenditure of$23,800; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Scooter's
Lawnmower should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Scooter's Lawnmower for the purchase of four (4) Encore
Prowler MC61 zero-turn radius mowers in the amount of $5,950 each, for a total
expenditure of$23,800 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of April,
2001.
