WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two(2)chemical storage tanks
for use at the Water Production Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Bailiff Enterprises submitted a bid in the amount of$21,800; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bailiff
Enterprises should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bailiff Enterprises for the purchase of two (2)chemical storage
tanks for use at the Water Production Plant.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of April,
2001.
