BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Utility
Service Company, Inc., Houston, Texas, in the amount of $73,650 for repairing and
repainting the exterior of the 300,000-gallon elevated water storage tank at the prison
complex.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of March,
2001.
