BE IT RESOLVED BY CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to appoint a designated
hearing officer to preside at the appeal of the suspension of towing permit for Bra-K
Wreckers.
PASSED BY CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of March,
