BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the payment to Mustang Tractor and Equipment
in the amount of$41,386.70 for emergency repairs to a 1992 Caterpillar 826C compactor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of March,
2001.
