LO WORMER ADDITION, CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.

co BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
C, THAT a 20'wide alley right-of-way in Block 59 of the Van Wormer Addition, being a 20 foot
0
wide alley right-of-way extending northeast from the northeasterly right-of-way line of
Avenue"B", a 60 foot wide street right-of-way, to the south line of the KCS Railroad right-
of-way. Said alley is bound on the north by Lots 5 and 6, Block 59, Van Wormer Addition
and bound on the south by Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 59, said addition, containing 0.049
acres, more or less, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas as shown on Exhibits"A"and"B"
attached hereto, be and it is hereby abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
March, 2001.
