WHEREAS, one bid was received for the purchase of a Panini S1 remittance
processor for the Cash Management Division; and,
WHEREAS, Diversified Financial Systems, Inc., Peroria, Arizona, submitted a bid
in the amount of$121,854.25; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Diversified
Financial Systems, Inc., Peroria, Arizona, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Diversified Financial Systems, Inc., Peroria, Arizona, in the
amount of$121,854.25 for the purchase of a Panini S1 remittance processor for the Cash
Management Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Bea ont this the 20th day of
March, 2001.
