WHEREAS, bids were received for the 2000 Street Rehabilitation Program; and,
WHEREAS, LD Construction submitted a bid in the amount of$1,933,235.75; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by LD Construction
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by LD Construction for the 2000 Street Rehabilitation Program in
the amount of$1,933,235.75 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2001.
