WHEREAS, bids were received to purchase a time and attendance software and
hardware package for the payroll department; and,
WHEREAS, Kronos, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$65,103.67; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kronos, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kronos, Inc. to purchase one (1) Kronos time clock system in
the amount of$65,103.67 for the payroll department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
March, 2001.
