BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Guadalupe Flores be reappointed as Chief Magistrate for a two-year term
retroactive to October 1, 2000 with compensation of $300 for the first session and
$200 for any subsequent sessions per week; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that James D. McNicholas and Theodore Johns be
reappointed as Magistrates for two-years retroactive to October 1, 2000 with
compensation of $200 per session.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
March, 2001.
