WHEREAS, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, has requested a 40' x 50'
Equipment Station Easement located on the City's South End Library site, as described
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the grant of said easement and is of
the opinion that the said easement of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement is hereby granted to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and the
City Manager is authorized to execute an easement for such purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
March, 2001.
