ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE PERIOD
COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2000 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 2001 BY APPROPRIATING $245,000
FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNRESERVED FUNDS TO
FUND THE REQUIRED MATCH FOR THE FY 2001
FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION (FTA) CAPITAL
GRANT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Fiscal Budget of the City of Beaumont for the period commencing October 1,
2000 and ending September 30, 2001 be and the same is hereby amended by
appropriating $245,000 from the General Fund unreserved funds to fund the required
match for the FY 2001 Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Capital Grant.
