WHEREAS bids were received for Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation of Small Diameter
Mains - Contract II; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$838,721; and,
WHEREAS, the bid submitted of Allco, Inc. is the lowest responsible bid meeting
specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
The City hereby awards the contract for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation of Small
Diameter Mains - Contract II to Allco, Inc. in the amount of$838,721 and authorizes the
City Manager to execute a contract with Allco, Inc. for such project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
February, 2001.
