WHEREAS, bids were received for a six (6)-month contract for purchasing
lubricants; and,
WHEREAS, Tri-Con, Inc., Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amounts shown
below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Tri-Con, Inc.,
Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Tri-Con, Inc., Beaumont, Texas for a six(6)-month contract for
purchasing lubricants at the above-shown amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
February 20, 2001.
