WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase of
polyacrylamide cationic emulsion liquid polymer; and,
WHEREAS, Polydyne Inc., Riceboro, Georgia, submitted a bid in the unit amount
of$0.80 per pound with an estimated total expenditure of$40,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Polydyne Inc.,
Riceboro, Georgia, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Polydyne Inc., Riceboro, Georgia, in the unit amount of
$0.80 per pound with an estimated total expenditure of$40,000 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
