WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for furnishing licensed
asbestos consultant services; and,
WHEREAS, Burcham Environmental Services, L.L.C., San Marcos, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amounts shown below:

Inspector $39.00 per hour
Inspector Assistant N/A
Project Manager $35.00 per hour
Air Monitoring Technician (includes (5) 24 hour, in-lab PCM samples per work shift N/A

24 hour, in-lab $5.00 each

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Burcham
Environmental Services, L.L.C., San Marcos, Texas, should be accepted:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Burcham Environmental Services, L.L.C., San Marcos,
Texas, in the amounts shown for an annual contract for furnishing licensed asbestos
consultant services be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
