BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont approves an annual contract with
Beaumont Products and Services, Inc. to furnish litter removal services on arterial street
rights-of-way and other specific areas at a rate of$11.50 per hour, per person worked.
